... And the trip begins

What a travel day SFO to Minneapolis to DC to Buenos Aires long day that was mostly uneventful (well except that Cheryl and I almost missed our first flight in SFO due to a mis-calculation on when we should arrive at the airport) Now our travel buddies, Sue and her niece Kass had a much more eventful departure from SFO. Apparently the material in hand warmers can be used to make a bomb and they had a box of 100, which is over the limit to bring on a flight. After discussions with TSA they were able to check the hand warmers and get on their flight. (TSA didn't care that they were going to Antarctica) A little sight seeing and sampling of local beverages.... Pisco Sours Yum! Then off to dinner, power went out at the restaurant so we ate in the dark and without air conditioning... it is VERY hot and humid here! Having a little technical problem, the blog site is now in spanish and I can't figure out how to post pictures...
